Responsibilities
Develop and implement culture and engagement initiatives that embody the Spirit of Andalusia, empowering employees to perform at their best.
Identify and utilize tools designed to improve the relationship between Employer and Employee.
Conducts hospital rounds to inform employees about Heroes' Engagement services.
Creates Heroes’ Engagement Committee with BU Operation Management and HR Management to discuss and agree on strategies to increase employee engagement rate.
Reviewing exit interviews with departing employees to understand their reasons for leaving and identify ways to improve retention.
Ensure marketing and production teams post pictures, videos, and activities on Andalusia social media channels.
Follow up posting heroes engagement activities, events and values on SharePoint.
Identifying effective ways to engage employees, such as contests or recognition programs.
Build relationships with internal customers in all areas of the business to promote integration and alignment.
Recommend new policies and approaches to improve employee satisfaction and engagement in line with business goals.
