Job Objective(s):

  • Regional Sales & Medical Networking Manager - AWP is responsible for: leading and managing a sales team focused on selling medical and non-medical services including clinics, conferences, workshops, and courses. This role also involves establishing and nurturing partnerships with our well-organized clinics, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and managing commission structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, excellent understanding of medical and non-medical educational events, and the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence Process:
  • Lead and motivate the medical networking team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align on objectives and messaging.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s offerings and build relationships.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and partnership outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making processes.

  • Planning & Monitoring:
  • Design, develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for development, conferences, and training services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Establish sales performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for sales performance across these segments.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and current trends, adjust forecasts and sales plans as needed based on performance and changing market conditions.
  • Identify potential partnerships and networking opportunities that could drive sales and enhance the group's market presence
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Satisfaction Process:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across all segments.
  • Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide training and support for clients attending conferences and training programs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Implement follow-up procedures post-sales to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product/service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate regular reviews and touchpoints to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to foster long-term relationships.
  • Innovation process:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies, and evolving customer needs across development, training, and events.
  • Gather insights from customer feedback and interactions to pinpoint areas where innovation can enhance value or address pain points
  • Develop a clear innovation strategy that aligns with the group's overall business objectives and addresses specific needs within each segment
  • Set innovation goals and objectives that are measurable and linked to business growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
  • Regularly review and analyze the outcomes of innovation projects and make adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
