Reviews compliance& discipline reports to ensure linkage between results and recommendations related to risk, monitoring, and governance.
Follow-up and monitoring on all open items in weekly assumption meetings, and their improvement progress
Audits and follow-up on the completeness of function analysis and conclusion using decision making grid to ensure organizational objective
Set monthly departmental training plan and monitor its effectiveness.
Build compliance programs that focus on the key & main risks and is compliant with all relevant internal and external standards.
