Audit, reports and takes corrective actions to ensure compliance to and efficiency of planning and monitoring cycle, monitors and manages process improvement in organization focus departments and coaches function managers on process analysis, data management, generating conclusions and accordingly taking decisions and actions, in the aim of process improvement.
Reviews compliance& discipline reports to ensure linkage between results and recommendations related to risk, monitoring, and governance.
Follow-up and monitoring on all open items in weekly assumption meetings, and their improvement progress
Audits and follow-up on the completeness of function analysis and conclusion using decision making grid to ensure organizational objective.
Set monthly departmental training plan and monitor its effectiveness.
Build compliance programs that focus on the key & main risks and is compliant with all relevant internal and external standards.
Addresses significant, complex and non- routine issues with respect to the compliance rounds plan and advises others on how to perform compliance assessments.
Establishes and maintains quality control measures to ensure performance of compliance according to set criteria.
Develops monthly “training plan”
Conducts training session for Function managers on process management including process analysis and root cause analysis , risk analysis and generating conclusions
Delivers orientation sessions to process owners and different stakeholders in case of new products release or any changes in processes
Evaluates training impact on processes.
Provides effectively project support such as coordinating with all departments in preparing documents and materials, etc.
